  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original state.

  Ship Your Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
